Sauce of the Month April: Flamin’ Hot Cheeto

April 1 April 30

At Woodie’s Flat, we take our wings (and your emotions) seriously—which is why we launched our Sauce of the Month series a long time ago… and now you can actually know about it cause it’s on this handy event calendar.

Our rotating lineup of handcrafted, flavor-loaded sauces are made in-house by our irrefutably talented culinary team led by VP of Culinary Nahuel Rodriguez, and our kitchen masterminds Elvis and Blanca. Every month, we feature a new limited-run sauce that you can try when you dine in with us—because we toss it fresh to order. Takeout and delivery? You’ll still get the sauce, but it comes on the side. We trust you to sauce responsibly–try not to screw it up.

And for those of you with a keen eye for detail will notice we have different sauces each month, and the fourth month of 2026 is going to be all about Flamin’ Hot Cheetos!

APRIL’s sauce is Flamin’ Hot Cheeto

Spring is upon us and we’re all tired of the cold. It’s time for Flamin’ Hot Cheeto wings. The satisfying crunch as you first bite into this wing is only eclipsed by the burst of flavor mere miliseconds after hitting your tongue. It kicks you in the mouth like the tried and true Flamin’ Hot flavor does, but the spice shows mercy after a few moments to let you enjoy the savory umami that surrounds the juicy, tender chicken inside. Easily addicting and only here for the month of April, they’re a must-try while they last!
