At Woodie’s Flat, we take our wings (and your emotions) seriously—which is why we launched our Sauce of the Month series a long time ago… and now you can actually know about it cause it’s on this handy event calendar.

Our rotating lineup of handcrafted, flavor-loaded sauces are made in-house by our unreasonably talented culinary team. Every month, we feature a new limited-run sauce that you can try when you dine in with us—because we toss it fresh to order. Takeout and delivery? You’ll still get the sauce, but it comes on the side. We trust you to sauce responsibly.

June’s sauce is Truffle Buffalo or Truffalo if you’re cool like that

Meet Truffalo: a tangy, black truffle buffalo sauce with just enough zing to make you text your ex and then blame it on the wings. (Please, don’t do that. You’ve been warned.) It’s bold, it’s bougie, and it’s only here for June. This is buffalo sauce all grown up—with truffle oil, swagger, and a taste that slaps harder than the last time your ex broke up with you.

We’re tossing it fresh for dine-in only, but you can take it home on the side if you promise to sauce responsibly. Try it while it lasts… or spend the rest of the summer haunted by what could’ve been.
